Weigh-in last night......another 2 lbs off making the total weight loss so far (wait for it 'cos I want to really relish this moment)

but nevertheless
I did it 
Scary BMI is now 24.4 
Have a deflated chest situation going on though 
hmmm....must look at that in more detail at some point 
Beautiful day today...sun is out....time to enjoy my life
