J!! LOL!! Jaws aching - I am addicted to gum as well - BUT ONLY cos I read somewhere that chewing it is good for toning up a double chin. Never mind that I look like a camel chewing the cud most of the day.
Well done. Am very impressed that you have managed to turn around what had been building up as a very negative experience into a positive one! And only gained 1.3 which is also great!
Anytime you need a kick up the back side to motivate you ...give me a shout..glad you are back on track..keep with it and i look forward to a positive report..:) more…

Size 6 ....!!! That's incredible, but surely not healthy - maybe that's why your health is struggling at the moment...
Well done though, you have done very well, don't you think you now need to maintain the weight you are at instead of looking like some of the teenagers out there where we all say "gees, she looks ill ..."

I too have done the lighter life programme and although I lost the weight whilst I was on it - I have put on a little since.
I never got any of the illnesses which you talk about and wonder why you have got them! is your immune system low?
