That's incredible, but surely not healthy - maybe that's why your health is struggling at the moment...

Well done though, you have done very well, don't you think you now need to maintain the weight you are at instead of looking like some of the teenagers out there where we all say "gees, she looks ill ..."

As a Mum myself, I wouldn't want to be too skinny in front of my kids, especially my oldest daughter incase she thought it was good to look skinny. I know I lost my weight through LL and am happy that I put half a stone back on as people were telling me I was looking ill, now I am a happy, confident size 10 and loving life - as you sound like you are too, but don't you think it's time to stop ? (Sorry, just a bit shocked you are proud of being a size 6 and a bit concerned that you may become very ill)
We had a glorious day here but didn't make any difference to me cos I was working!

I'd say start RTM asap - how are your eyelashes and mouth ulcers? I don't know what your counsellor is like - but just beware that she'll make more money out of you on abstinence than on RTM! (sorry I'm a natural cynic!)

Sorry to hear about your robin family - doesn't sound too hopeful, 10 days is too young to fly. I'm thinking maybe a neighbourhood cat had been on the prowl. :-(

Sorry!

One of my fiends who posts on my blog and has done Atkins and is now on the CD has asked me to tell you to get onto RTM sooner rather than later cos of the eyelash and mouth ulcer thing! I said I'd pass on the message! (I have to agree though, even if it's not LL or ketosis related, it does sound grim, and on RTM you will still lose weight and your body will start getting back to 'normal' operations!)

Hope you're feeling ok, try not to fret to much about those wee burdies. If you really want, I could send you a Conure egg to hatch? Our evil b*st*rd birds have laid 3 eggs and the female is sitting on them. Horrible, just horrible! Long story, but boy, do I detest those birds!
Take care,
A real inspiration.
LOL at the lettuce leaf and chicken breast analogy! Yip I'm so with you there girl - been dreaming of Marmite on ryvita with cottage cheese on top - would I ever have considered that pre-LL? Not likely!

I'm hoping to be over 3 stones off this week. Had hoped to hit it last week but only lost 2.5lbs so a wee bit dumped, but after reading all your super positive posts I'm much more motivated.
Thanks!
Glad to hear you're back to your positive self again! Was worried for a moment there that Disgruntled had dragged you down, and glad to hear he/she hasn't. I stand by all I said on those posts though.

Anyhoo - back to you!! I think that it's a measure of how LL is affecting us (and I say this as I too am feeling more postive) but also that I can 'roll with the punches' now. I'm very much of the mindset that people can think whatever they want, but it's what I think that counts.

Bet you can't wait to get your mitts on those new wheels! How very exciting! And you will look HOT HOT HOT driving it!

Threr are some cars though, that you just can't get into without lippy and 'scara on though, and yours soubds like it will be one of thaose! You'd hate to take the look off it! LOL!!

BTW - what do you think of the LL 'makeovers' on the DVD's? Bloomin 'eck how much did they pay that lassie!!?? I could do better than - "wear a scarf, put some earrings in and a bit of lippy and you've had a complete makeover"! No they've not! All they've done is put a scarf on, some earrings in and slapped on a bit of lippy! Our whole class was laughing at it on Friday! Too funny.

Anyway have a good week honey, glad you are doing well. I'd like to stay in touch after LL has done what it needs to for us, you can email me if you can see my email address?
Big love,
